These terms govern your use of this website and the plumbing and drainage services provided by Express Drain Cleaning Pty Ltd (ABN 88 169 060 995). By engaging us or using this website you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide and an initial inspection. Final pricing may vary if hidden conditions are uncovered (e.g. collapsed pipes, additional access requirements or unexpected blockages). We will inform you before any additional work is carried out.
2. Bookings and cancellations
Same-day and emergency bookings are subject to technician availability. Cancellations made less than two hours before a scheduled arrival window may incur a call-out fee.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the works unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card, bank transfer and approved invoicing. Overdue accounts may incur recovery costs and interest.
4. Workmanship and warranty
All work is performed by licensed NSW plumbers. We warrant our workmanship for the period stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, foreign objects, tree root regrowth in unrelined pipes, ground movement or pre-existing defects.
5. Your obligations
- Provide safe access to the work area
- Disclose known issues with the property's plumbing
- Obtain any necessary strata or landlord approvals
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to re-performing the relevant services or refunding the price paid for them.
7. Photos and case studies
We may take before/after photos of works for quality records and marketing. Images will not identify your address or personal details without your consent.
8. Website use
